Advice for visitors on how to deal with Covid-19
Dear visitor,
due to the current situation caused by the corona pandemic, OKS has taken additional precautionary measures for its visitors and employees.
Until further notice, we ask every visitor to fill out and sign a visitor self-assessment form. In this you confirm that you do not fall into any of the categories mentioned there.
We would like to ask you to present the completed self-assessment form upon arrival at our company. In addition, visitors must confirm a current negative corona test to access and stay on our company premises. If necessary, OKS provides free self-tests. Before your visit, please contact the relevant office with which you are in contact with regard to your planned visit.
Wearing an FFP2 mask or a mask with a comparable standard (e.g. KN95, N95) on the entire OKS site is mandatory at all times.
Furthermore, the general corona protection measures must be observed.
In the event that one or more of the risk criteria in the self-assessment form apply to you, we ask for your understanding that we are currently unable to grant access to our company premises.
